Submission final manuscript - Deadline November 8, 2016

Please follow the steps below to prepare and submit your final manuscript.

  • Update your manuscript taking into account the reviewers' comments (you can see the reviewers' comments when logging in to the website, checking the details of your paper).
  • If your paper is accepted to be presented as a poster, please prefix the title of your paper with "Poster: "
  • Add the appropriate copyright notice on the bottom of the first page of your paper
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice will be 978-1-5090-4361-3/16/$31.00 @2016 Crown
    • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-4361-3/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union
    • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-4361-3/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE
  • Send us the following information before the deadline.
    This information should be sent via e-mail to
    •      PDF file of your final manuscript
    •     Proof that you passed the PDF check of IEEE PDF eXpress
    •     Signed copyright form 


  • Finally, in order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings and considered for insertion in IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors must register no later than November 8 for the symposium and present his/her paper.


Paper presentation

Poster presentation

You should create a poster presenting your work. The maximum size for the posters is A0 format, portrait orientation, i.e. width ca. 84 cm and height ca. 120 cm. Well-formed posters should start with a title, authors line, affiliation statement, and email address.

Oral presentation

You should prepare a presentation. You will be asked to send your presentation in advance. We will put all presentations on a single laptop. The duration of the presentation including Q&A is maximum 20 minutes.
